Refund policy
At The Find Trending, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new discovery. If your product or collectible find isn't exactly what you expected, we are here to help.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Customer-Provided Return Shipping
To keep our prices low and our "Finds" exclusive, customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. No Restocking Fees
We believe in transparent pricing. Unlike other tech and collectible stores, The Find Trending charges 0% restocking fees on all eligible returns. You will receive a refund for the full price of the item, provided it meets our return conditions.
4. No "Final Sale" Items
We want you to shop with confidence. We do not designate items as "Final Sale". Every product we sell is eligible for our 14-day return policy.
5. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at thehypetrending@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
